For all airport collections we will require the flight number and arrival time/terminal in order for us to monitor the flight for any delays etc. We cannot however be held responsible for any misinformation supplied by either the client or our sources of flight information.
It's the customer's responsibility to check all the details with their booking confirmation as this confirms your times and dates of travel.
Should you be held up in baggage re-claim longer than 1 hour we ask that you telephone us to make us aware of that fact so we can tell the driver. Any additional parking/waiting is chargeable to the client after 1 hour of flight arrival.
We will also require a mobile contact number (preferably of the person who is travelling although we understand that this is not always possible). An estimation of the amount of luggage is required on holiday bookings so we can supply the correct sized vehicle.
Brian’s Hire shall use all reasonable endeavours to get you to your destination on time but shall not be liable for any loss due to delays caused by road or traffic conditions beyond its control on the journey. Under no circumstances shall Brian’s Hire be liable (in contract, tort or otherwise) for any loss of profits, business or any indirect or consequential loss.
In certain circumstances beyond our control (e.g breakdowns, extreme weather conditions, road accidents etc.) the company reserves the right to supply an alternative vehicle of a similar specification.
Should a client ‘no show’ the booking the client will be invoiced for the total amount of the fare.
Cancellation will require a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the arranged pick-up time.
